Terms of Service Terms of Payment: Subject to credit
approval and unless otherwise specified, cash discount terms are 1%
10 Days, Net 30 days
Shipping: All prices are F.O.B. Warehouse
Returns: Tanks may be returned only with
the authorization of TRILEX FLUID POWER INC., subject to our
inspection and must be shipped freight prepaid. A minimum
handling charge of 20% will apply. All returns must be clearly
marked with the Returns Goods Authorization number on the package
and all paperwork.
Custom Tanks: Custom tanks made to
your specifications are not returnable.
Minimum Billing Charge: All orders
are subject to a $75.00 minimum billing charge per order.
Material: All Trilex Fluid Power
carbon steel tanks are manufactured using high quality HRS P&O Steel
or Stainless Steel to
conform to the design requirements as specified in the Society of
Automotive Engineers Section J514.
